NovaTerra: two AI beings that are cryptographically yours

This is the north star, and we tier it honestly as vision — because the one thing that would make it real is the one thing not yet finished. NovaTerra is a world you own: a Friend (an assistant that is private to you) and a Twin (a digital second self), living on your own chain and mesh rather than on a company's servers. The architecture is real and substantially built. The membrane that would make the promise true is not closed. We show both.

NovaTerra is roughly 75% wired from donor bodies — the useful survivors of a deliberate cull — not a live product, but not a mockup either: 🔬

• 61 pages, 24 services, 166 blueprints, 486 components. The surface and the service layer largely exist.
• NovaChain devnet, DID-signed, 34+ blocks. Identity is cryptographic — a decentralized identifier you hold, not an account we hold.
• The .dolphin pack mechanism is real: 7 packs built, 6 of 6 routed, with SHA-256 verify → install. 🟢 Signed capability packs that verify before they run is the part that already works.

The calculated mind and the wave-ternary body are what will eventually run inside that membrane — a Friend that reasons or refuses, on your own hardware, under your own key. The pieces exist on their own pages, tiered on their own merits. NovaTerra is where they are meant to come together, and that convergence is the open work.

How it is meant to work

Your identity is a DID you control. Your data and your models live on a mesh you participate in, not a datacentre you rent from. Capabilities arrive as signed packs that are verified before they install — so extending your world does not mean trusting a store. The Friend and the Twin are two faces of the same owned intelligence: one that helps you, one that represents you.

Why it ladders back

Intelligence you own — not rent — is dignity, not dependence. That is the whole reason to close the membrane, and the reason we will not pretend it is closed before it is.
