Silicon to sky

Fifteen years delivering safety-critical rail and metro systems — turnover grown £5.8m to £10.5m across those years on the filed statutory accounts, and a $4m metro control system won and delivered. Then ~70 AI R&D projects, most of them deliberately never shipped. Then four months on one RTX 3090 and a $200/month AI subscription, building a whole operating world.
