Who you are contracting with

“vocabotics”, “we” and “us” mean VOCABOTICS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17412438, whose registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. That company is the party to this agreement.

Using vocabotics

These terms cover the vocabotics website, our memberships, courses, templates, content and consulting services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@vocabotics.com if you think your account has been compromised. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account.

What you can expect from us

We aim to provide a reliable, accurate and useful service, and we hold ourselves to a published editorial standard. That said, our content, plans and recommendations are guidance, not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice for your specific situation. You stay responsible for decisions you make for your business. Where something genuinely needs an expert, we’ll say so.

Memberships and purchases

• Recurring memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• One-off purchases (such as a plan, course, ebook or template) grant the access described at checkout.
• Prices and taxes are shown at checkout, including any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Refunds are handled fairly and in line with your statutory rights. If something isn’t right, email support@vocabotics.com.

Acceptable use

When using vocabotics, please don’t:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute our content without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.

Intellectual property

We own (or are licensed to use) the content and materials on the site. Your membership or purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own business; it doesn’t transfer ownership. Where we offer a brandable asset (such as the Pledge), the terms for sharing it are stated with the asset.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you give us. You grant us the limited permission we need to operate the service for you (for example, to generate your plan). We handle it as set out in our privacy policy.

Anonymised outcome data

To make our advice better for every business, we may create and use anonymised, aggregated data derived from how the service is used — for example, which kinds of plans help which kinds of businesses make progress. Before this data is used in this way it is stripped of anything that could identify you or your business, so it is no longer personal data. We may use and retain this anonymised, aggregated data to operate, improve and build new features and benchmarks — including the insight engine that powers better recommendations over time.

We will never use your identifiable data to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent, and we never sell your data. You can manage your AI & analytics consent at any time, and records without that consent are excluded from model-improvement by default. See the AI-use disclosure for the full detail.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes from decisions you make based on our guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using vocabotics and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, giving notice where it’s reasonable to do so.

Changes and contact
